Mr Caledonia & The Caledonian PRO AM - Scotland's BIGGEST Bodybuilding Competition

The largest PRO-AM Bodybuilding competition in Scotland. Scotland's Premier Bodybuilding event is open to all National Competition Winners from any of the following federations - NABBA, EFBB/UKBFF, WABBA, BNBF, WPF, NPA - to qualify for the PRO-AM you need to have been a Winner of any National title from any of the above Federations e.g. Mr Scotland, Mr England, Mr UK, Mr Britain etc etc. Top Quality Judges & Defined Judging Criteria to a great show with top quality competitors fairly judged.

Scotland's No.1 Pro-Am Show

In addition to the Caledonian Pro Am we will be hosting the Mr & Ms Caledonia in the following classes:

Mr Caledonia
Junior (Under 21)
First Season (anyone who has not entered a Show Prior to 2007. Anyone who has competed this season and placed in the top 2 at any other events will be asked to move up to either their weight class or the intermediates. We want to give everyone the chance of a victory)
Senior (Over 40 & Over 50)
Intermediate (open to males of any age who have not placed in the top 3 of a contest -other than First Timers/First Season)
Men's (Under 80kg ,Over 80kg, Over 90kg)

** JUST ADDED** LADIES NOVICE FIGURE. For women just starting competing or wanting to compete in a class suited to girls with a lower amount of muscularity and conditioning to those in the regular figure class
Fitness - Competitors (women over 16) routine must be 2 minutes 30 seconds long and will be judged on variety and complexity of the routine, the interpretation to the chosen music and the costume worn. A bikini round will be incorporated to asses the competitors figure where muscle tone and condition will be appraised.
